After the engine repower install, the fuel adjustment screw broke off this my not being able to adjust the fuel mixture. I summarily decided to swap out the carb for the original Scott Keller engine carburetor.

The engine surged quite a bit and wouldnt idle well so the carb swap was a must. The oil was terrible, one of the worst I've ever seen and it needed a change. Some of my subscribers told me to adjust the valves however, I didnt feel the need to, but nonetheless, I did it and it needed a small adjustment. The headlight harness was not hooked up so I installed the headlights and cleaned the lenses. I also installed a fuel shut off valve because it is a gravity fed gas tank and it ensures gas will not over flow to the crankcase. I do suspect the needle is not seating correctly and I may have to take the carb apart again. The combustion chamber flooded with gas and in had to relieve it by removing the spark plug and cranking it to blow the hydro lock out to start.
