I picked another free lawn tractor with trailer. The engine runs but there may be an issue with the transmission as it's very hard to shift. It did not come with a battery and the steeri g sector may have stripped teeth. Nevertheless, the tractor has a working engine and has good wheels which I could always use should I scrap it. I will get it running though and figure out if it's a salvageable tractor after I do an engine swap on the other free Craftsman LT1500 I got the other day. One tractor resurrection at a time.
