In 2013, Mark Wahlberg gained 40 lbs of muscle in 7 weeks in preparation for filming Pain & Gain, where he played the role of criminal bodybuilder Daniel Lugo.
In his previous movie (Broken City) he had to slim down to 165 lbs, but needed to be 205 lbs to play the role of Lugo.

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe and the province’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Saqib Shabab provided an update on the COVID-19 pandemic in the province on Friday.
Ten new coronavirus cases were reported in Saskatchewan on Friday, bringing the overall total to 341. It’s the biggest one-day jump in new cases in over two weeks.
Also, Saskatchewan will reopen its economy and services in five phases starting on May 4.
The premier said on Wednesday the coronavirus curve has flattened in the province and the reopening will be gradual and methodical.
Britain will stay in COVID-19 lockdown for another three weeks until five key tests are met to avoid a devastating second coronavirus peak, Dominic Raab said tonight.
The First Secretary of State told the nation that their efforts to stay home and stop the spread of coronavirus had been working , but more time is needed to get a full grip on the crisis.
He declared this evening: “The Government has decided the current measures must remain in place for at least the next three weeks.”
And he laid out five tests that Britain must meet before the rules can be changed.

British Columbia’s provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry reported 29 new lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the province’s total to 1,203 cases. This is the lowest increase B.C. has seen in weeks, but Henry said she’s not claiming victory yet.
“I don’t think I’m ready to say anything is a ‘win’ yet, but every day that we have been bending that curve is a good thing,” Henry said.
Three more people have died from the novel coronavirus in B.C., raising the death toll to 35.

The first of the government’s emergency field hospitals to treat coronavirus patients has opened in east London’s ExCel centre.
The temporary NHS Nightingale Hospital is able to hold as many as 4,000 patients and will be staffed by NHS medics with help from the military.
Prince Charles paid tribute to staff as he opened the hospital via video link.
Similar hospitals are planned across the UK, including in Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Harrogate and Bristol.
The ExCel exhibition space – usually used for large events such as Crufts and Comic Con – was transformed into a hospital in just nine days.

I have my nearly new Pixel 4 XL can not boot up. I tried to hard reset it but the problem remain the same.
After the device is reset, it shows normal in the setup page. Once the setup is done and press the power button, the device show all back and only clock, telco signal and battery icon on top n keep blinking.
Restart doens’t help to solve the problem.
