Coronavirus outbreak: World Health Organization provides update on COVID-19 pandemic
World Health Organization (WHO) officials provided an update on the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic on Wednesday.
WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Monday that the coronavirus pandemic is "far from over" as lockdowns begin in ease in Europe.
He said the organization continues to urge nations to find, isolate, contact trace and treat all cases confirmed to ensure countries continue to have declining COVID-19 numbers.
