How to make Baechujeon cabbage pancakes:
Making the dipping sauce:
– In a small bowl add 2 tbsp of soy sauce
– Also add 1/2 tsp of gochu-garu
– And add 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
– Add 1 tbsp of vinegar
– Mix together and you’ve got your dipping sauce

Making the Baechujeon batter:
– In a large bowl add 1 cup of vegetable stock
– And add 1/2 tsp of salt
– Also add 1 egg
– Now add 2/3 cup of flour
– Whisk everything together

Making the Korean cabbage pancakes:
– Dip your whole leafs of cabbage into your batter mix
– In a frying pan with some cooking oil in it place in your cabbage with batter
– Add more batter before flipping to the other side
– Cook both sides until golden brown
– Your Baechujeon cabbage pancakes are ready to serve
