I love squishies just as much as anyone else, and recently I found myself the proud owner of a bunch of squishies (video for that coming soon!) Anyway between my old and new squishies, I had a few that I didn’t really like the design of and honestly found them a little weird looking. Lately I’ve been loving the the squishy makeover series by Moriah Elizabeth, a super talented Youtuber that you should check out and was finally inspired to fix my own squishies! So today I challenged myself to give my squishies a makeover and see how it turns out! Let me know if you liked my makeovers and whether you want to see me makeover other squishies! Hey guys! Today is another squishy makeover, obviously. I took on a couple really unique ones today. Actually kinda scary….and creepy. Plus one super basic one LOL. Which makeover do you like best?
Also. The Koala issue that I mentioned about my LAST makeover video (this is serious). I really don’t think that squishy was a koala. Koalas have rounded ears (the squishy had long floppy ears aka a BUNNY COSTUME) and vertical noses (that squishy had a very horizontal nose: BEAR). It also had a very pronounced rim around the face (You can see it in the version I showed today, since it’s a COSTUME!) Anddd it was otherwise just plain so i have no idea why most people said it was a koala. But, LET THE DEBATE BEGIN! hahahaha
Hey! Today I am going to do a challenge where I paint squishies or do squishy “makeovers” in 15 minutes. This was really just for fun and because I wanted to do something a little different. Obviously the results are not going to be as polished as usual, but I did surprise myself with how much I was able to accomplish in 15 minutes. I got them painted, decorated and maybe not perfect, but it was fun (in a stressful kind of way lol).

But yes, I am still moving in and settling in my new house (hence posting this a day late), but I was able to find enough time to do a squishy makeover this week as well. A couple of months ago, I started this series called “Squishy Makeovers.” I was using ugly, cheap squishies and then painting them, adding to them and fixing them up however I saw fit. That series became a new favorite on my channel, and I decided to allow subscribers to participate by donating their own ugly, used, broken or unwanted squishies. At the time, I had a much smaller audience, but quickly my channel grew and I became overwhelmed with tons of squishy packages. I am still working on catching up with all the packages I have received in the last few months. I have spent 4 entire videos unboxing squishy donations, and this is the biggest batch so far. Everyone comments on these videos, which squishies they want to see in the makeover videos (4 candidates), and I give the most popular requests a makeover in the next makeover video (every other Friday). These pacakages are donation only, from people who no longer want the squishies or are just interested in seeing them on camera. The squishies are not returned to the sender after the makeovers. Hey guys! Today is another squishy makeover. I am using 3 squishies that were sent to me from viewers plus one from my own collection (never been shown before). I’ve never seen more requests for a squishy than that insanely damaged marshmallow cake thing. It was intense. Looots of random surprises in there. Hope you like what I created!

So, this is a “special” episode because instead of doing my regular 3-4 makeovers, I am doing ONE. BUT the reason is because after my last unboxing video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N03vtRodaQg&t=31s) everyone was begging me to do the giant orange. I knew I wouldn’t have time to fit it into a regular video since it’s so massive. So I just decided to go all out and take all week working on this one squishy. There is more squishy roasting than any video before. SO MANY REPAIRS. 10 squishies. 8 bottles of paint. Lots of record breaking here LOL I hope you enjoy it!

This group was such a HUGE amount of work. I felt like last video was a little light on the workload, so I tried to make up for it, but GEEEZE I was working some long hours this week. I hope you guys like what I did. I think for future episodes I am going to possibly, maybe, could be going down to 3 squishies and a bonus mini. With the repairs, paint jobs and additions getting more and more complicated, doing 4 squishies takes an eternity!
