I saw the petition numbers and it got me thinking. Is there a way, where EA would have to pay back people their money for Battlefield 2042. My investigation found that, no there isn’t.
As a matter of fact the only thing that could hold EA Liable for Battlefield 2042 is the trailers and even that’s a stretch, because the trailers don’t promise a thing. The consumer needs to use their imagination and that way they lose the fight.
