Former President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, reportedly criticised his successor, Donald Trump’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. The country has turned into an epicentre of the Sars-Cov-2 coronavirus outbreak with over 12.4 lakh cases and over 75,000 deaths so far. Obama reportedly described the Trump administration’s response to the crisis as ‘chaotic’, ‘spotty’, and ‘anemic’. He was reportedly speaking to 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association, people who had served in his administration. Sky News host Sharri Markson says the “Left have actually lost the plot” after suggestions there should be an investigation, not into how China “destroyed evidence of the virus” but into a dossier revealing China’s COVID-19 cover up.

Ms Markson revealed US and UK intelligence agencies are currently reviewing a private analysis of cellphone location data which purports to show the Wuhan Institute of Virology “shut down from October 7 through to October 24”.

“It suggests there may have been a ‘hazardous event’ at the facility sometime between October 6 and 11,” she said. read more

Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.) will visit the White House for a meeting in the Oval Office to discuss the state’s coronavirus response, President Trump said Monday.

“They’re getting it together in New York. A lot of good things are happening in New York. And I think the governor’s going to come in to see us tomorrow,” Trump said during a press briefing. “Andrew is going to be coming in with some of his people. So we look forward to that.”

COVID-19 update – President Donald Trump said China is “way ahead of US” in Coronavirus death toll at the US taskforce daily briefing.

He said: “We’re not number one, China is number one.

“China is number one by a lot. It’s not even close.

“They are way ahead of us in terms of deaths.

“You know it. I know it. They know it.

“But you don’t want to report it. Why? You’ll have to explain that.”
