Tony Awards Controversy & Colleen Ballinger's Broadway Debut | My Thoughts | Katherine Steele
HEY THEATRE GEEKS! Today, we're talking about the Tony Awards & Colleen Ballinger's Broadway Debut!

I've been getting a ton of questions lately all about my thoughts on two very different subjects-- the #TonyAwards and #ColleenBallinger joining the Broadway cast of WAITRESS! So that's what we're going to dive into!
I'll be discussing topics like the award winners, Beetlejuice the musical, Ali Stroker, Stephanie J. Block, and Santino Fontana's wins! Also James Corden as host & all those odd technical glitches during the Tony Award broadcast. I'll especially be diving into my thoughts surrounding the "Michael in the Bathroom" / "Hosts in the Bathroom" controversy, the lack of credit given to Joe Iconis or George Salazar or Be More Chill in general.
Next up, we're serving up some fresh thoughts and spilling the...coffee? Is that a good diner reference? I'll be discussing my opinions regarding Colleen Ballinger aka Miranda Sings joining the cast of Waitress on Broadway! Colleen has long been a self proclaimed theatre nerd, is a massively popular social media influencer, and even created her own show on Netflix "Haters Back Off". This will be Colleen Ballinger's first time appearing in a musical on broadway.
