Temporary rangers make the most of coronavirus shutdown to repair bushfire damage | ABC News

Canberra’s bushfire recovery program received a boost with 26 temporary rangers and field officers starting work with the ACT Parks and Conservation Service. The jobs are part of the ACT government’s $20M “Jobs for Canberra” fund to hire 500 people who lost their jobs due to COVID-19.
