Treyarch and Sledgehammer seems to have admitted that they made a mistake with one of the most fundamental parts of a COD Zombies game, and are trying to fix it.
1. The rate that Weapon XP is earning in the Vanguard Zombies mode has always been insanely slow. Today Treyarch and Slesgehammer have implemented a permanent 20% boost to XP rates across all the modes to try and fix this mistake.
2. Meanwhile players trying out the new Pause ‘feature’ have figured out some problems with it that lets you reload instantly no matter what weapon you are using in the Zombies mode!
Treyarch has made some secret changes, adding a brand new Easter Egg into Vanguard Zombies in their latest update to the mode!
While the amount of new content Treyarch announced to be coming into the Zombie mode with Season 2 Reloaded was disappointing, they did add some Secrets in the form of a new Zombies Easter Egg along with their update. Alongside a large number of fixes and changes to go along with it!

With the reveal of Zombies content as part of Season 2 Reloaded being revealed many players are wondering if Treyarch has abandoned Vanguard Zombies development.
With the amount of new content being released into the Zombies most at its lowest point within a new update in several years, players have wondered if Treyarch has shifted development away from Call of Duty Vanguard Zombies DLC and onto their next main series COD title to release in 2024.
While the amount of new content included in this update is concerning the real answer to this question will arrive in a few weeks time with the release of Season 3.
Brand New Easter Eggs have been discovered in the newly released Zombies map, with Treyarch pulling a prank on some players as well! (the prank isn’t the game itself)

1. A bunch of new features were revealed to coming to Vanguard’s Zombies mode, with he surprise highlight being a new Round based Map Game Mode that lets plays get as close as possible to the original Zombies experience.
