Coronavirus outbreak: The biggest worry along with the spike in positive cases is the spike in the death toll now. The number of individuals who are succumbing due to the Coronavirus infection is increasing and the death toll has become a big worry. India’s Coronavorus count stands at 2,36, 657. India is the sixth-worst affected country in the world. There have been about close to 10,000 new cases that have been reported in just 24 hours and this is the biggest spike in new cases that we have seen in just one day. The total number of people who have recovered stands at 1,15, 942 and 6,481 people have recovered in 24 hours in India. Watch for more details!

The latest official figures reveal that 26,097 people have died after testing positive for coronavirus in the UK. The figures now include deaths in care homes and the community. They show that the pandemic has claimed nearly 4,000 more lives than were recorded under the previous system.
The figures underline the devastating impact of the virus on care homes across the UK. In Scotland more than half of deaths linked to coronavirus are in homes for the elderly.

South Korea’s reported cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 nearly doubled, to more than 200. Most of the new cases are members of a religious sect, the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, and are centered in the city of Daegu. The outbreak makes South Korea the worst-affected country outside China. China has reported an uptick in coronavirus cases, with more than 400 new infections in Chinese prisons alone. Globally, the viral outbreak has infected some 76,000 people and killed more than 2,200. Meanwhile, there have been violent clashes in Ukraine over fears that evacuees arriving in the country from China were infected with the coronavirus.
