Raptors Rejected Paul George and Westbrook for Pascal Siakam Trade
Before sending Paul George to the Los Angeles Clippers in a shocking deal, the Oklahoma City Thunder reportedly held talks with the Toronto Raptors focused on George and Russell Westbrook.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Thunder general manager Sam Presti offered George and Westbrook to Toronto for a package centered around forward Pascal Siakam, but the Raptors declined the offer.

Here are the player ratings from an enthralling Game 5 contest…Steph Curry – 9 Curry turned it on in Game 5, pouring in 31 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, knocking down a clutch three to tie the game up after being down six.Kawhi Leonard – 9 Leonard nearly carried the Raptors home, going into takeover mode down the stretch, scoring 10 straight points to give the Raptors the lead late in the fourth. He finished with 26 points, 12 rebounds and six assists after a slow start to the game.Klay Thompson – 9 Thompson knocked down seven threes for his 26 points, saving his best for last with the clutch triple with under a minute remaining to give the Warriors a three-point lead.
