Detailed Colonoscopy Prep
I started my bone broth last week in preparation for this day of clear liquids.
Basically, colonoscopies suck! We can get through them knowing the prep doesn’t last! In this (very raw) video, I show my journey during the colonoscopy prep and after the colonoscopy by basically live vlogging. This was taken at the beginning of December. Since then, I have gotten biopsy results indicating the spots of inflammation were pseudo polyps.
