This is the first episode of a series I’m making where I’m just going to review different bands and artists. In this one I’m reviewing a British indie rock band called Lovejoy, specifically their second EP that came out in October, Pebblebrain. They were formed in 2021 by Wilbur Soot, Joe Goldsmith, Ash Kabosu, and Mark Boardman. And yes, Wilbur Soot is a twitch streamer. However, this is a rare instance where the music made by a twitch/youtube content creator is actually well-made and well-produced.

Once again, Lovejoy delivers nothing but bops! I’ve been in love with the song, “It’s All Futile, It’s All Pointless,” since I first found out about the lead singer. While designing this guy, I didn’t want to go with my typical styling; so if I’m not mistaken, this is the first character I’ve designed that wears khaki pants. Looking forward to whatever the band has planned for the future!
