Can we finagle the Gym Badge out of his grasp or will we be left to die in a sandy musical apocalypse?

Standard Nuzlocke Rules apply:
1. First Pokémon encountered in each area is the only Pokémon we can catch. Failure to do so results in no catch for the area. Species Clause and Shiny Clause are OPTIONAL.
2. Once a Pokémon faints, it is classed as unusable and can no longer be used in the series.
3. If a black out occurs (when you have no fighting Pokémon available to fight), the Nuzlocke is over and we lose.
4. OPTIONAL: I am using a 2 Potion-Heal Rule per battle, to make it more challenging and not boring for you viewers. read more

But remember, no spoilers for anyone who didn’t watch!

THE RULES:
– Only allowed to catch the first pokemon encountered in each area.
– If a pokemon faints it must be released. NO EXCEPTIONS.
– Nickname ALL caught pokemon.
– Surfing and fishing count as different areas from tall grass (but not different from each other).
– If a first encounter escapes via roar, teleport, etc. or is a pokemon that has already been caught, the player can try again.
– Pokemon of the same family or evolution line as one already caught cannot be caught again and fall under the above rule.
– Static/unique encounters (drifloon, rotom etc.) are exempt from the ‘only catch the first encounter’ rule.
– If the first encounter is a double battle, both pokemon are eligible to be caught.
– No legendary pokemon.
– No breeding for pokemon.
– If all the pokemon in the party faint and the player whites/blacks out, the run is over. read more
