Today’s video is a very realistic day off after working a 12 hour shift as a pediatric nurse the night before. Being a new grad nurse has been a huge adjustment and is still really scary but I also love working with the kids and know the fear will subside over time.
Take this video as a reminder to take care of yourself and go easy on yourself. Life is freaking hard and you only have one of it so take care of your physical and mental health.
