This is it. Bringing it all together. Gordon has found Laurence’s menu to be full of nothing but pretentious novelty food, such as his infamous banana and chicken smoothie. Ramsay devises a blind taste test for Laurence, so he can sample the dishes himself. Perhaps Laurence will finally understand what the locals have been complaining about all this time.
