āEverything does not depend on a vaccine,ā White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany responded when asked whether the administration would mandate a coronavirus vaccine to achieve herd immunity in the country. āWeāre working aggressively to get one,ā McEnany explained, but noted there hasnāt been a correlation between reopening and infection cases.
As the US coronavirus death toll exceeded 100,000, Kayleigh McEnany praised Donald Trump’s response to the pandemic, saying the death toll could have been much higher.
