More than two months after the first confirmed case of coronavirus, the U.S. still doesn’t have enough tests. Michael Osterholm says there may be excess tests in some localities, but, “We don’t have a system that tests everybody when they need it… we need a national system to make that work, and we don’t have that.” Aired on 05/11/2020.

Lillian and Sam, Australians living in Germany, have both had COVID-19 – they say they began to show symptoms as early as mid-March.
Germany has the sixth highest number of confirmed cases globally. While there are concerns about a resurgence of coronavirus, the country is easing some lockdown restrictions.

The Environment Secretary George Eustice announced Coronavirus deaths in the UK have jumped to more than 20,700 after 413 people lost their lives to the disease – the lowest daily rise this month.
But Mr Eustice added that Brits have stopped panic buying in supermarkets.
He explained that while “at the beginning of the outbreak of this virus we saw significant problems in panic buying”, food availability is now “back to normal levels”.

Belgium has seen a rise of 140 deaths in the past 24 hours and the number of fatalities there since the outbreak began is 1,283
