Hathaway describes how she decided to stop drinking and the difficulties she encountered, including feelings of loneliness and the need to always present a brave face in front of others. She also discusses how she was able to obtain help, create a new sense of community, and reclaim the joy and fulfillment she had felt in her life and job. read more
