South Korea has for the first time since February recorded no new cases of coronavirus from within the country. 4 new cases were recorded from people coming in from abroad, however, these people were tested and quarantined on arrival.
South Korea is being touted as one of the most successful countries in being able to fight the COVID-19 outbreak, with its so-called curve of cases being an outlier compared to the rest of the world. Total confirmed cases in South Korea stand at 10,765. The nation has a population of 51 million people. In Europe by contrast, countries such as the UK and Italy, where cases total 165,000 and 203,000 respectively, have had far more cases of COVID-19 and deaths from the virus.
Minister of Health Zweli Mkhize will on Tuesday shed more light on the future of the Covid-19 lockdown. Mkhize’s briefing comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa announced on Thursday that some of the lockdown regulations will be relaxed to allow limited economic activity. Mkhize will be joined by Deputy Minister of Health Dr Joe Phaahla, provincial MECs and experts from the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD).

One of the most common questions I get is about BUDGETING… “How expensive is it to travel to every country in the world?”
This is not an easy question to answer, because there are so many factors to consider… but as I have just 40 countries remaining, I thought I’d do my best to share the estimated cost to complete my lifelong goal of visiting every single country.

Yep, I travelled to what the internet deems the least visited country in the world. The reality is that the statistics behind this are far from perfect. Many of these small countries don’t actually count how many people come visit. So it’s very hard to really tell which country truly has the least visitors. Either way, I went to Tuvalu, which is somewhere in the bottom of the list… and my experience was shocking.
