James Charles announced another collaboration with Morphe, a second palette that’s really a miniature palette of the one he did last year. But wait, James’ palette was revealed on November 2nd of last year, why wouldn’t they release this mini palette for the anniversary at the same time? Maybe it’s because Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson stepped in. It seems the two edged out the competition, pushing James’ launch to mid October.
