KC tweeted out a video showing Perez begrudgingly wearing the jersey, but then turning to the camera to cape up for the part-owner of the Royals, saying 'Mahomes is the best.' Well, Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Brady responded yesterday by tweeting, 'I think actions speak louder than words', leading Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes himself to reply less than an hour later 'I guess we’ll see in 20 years.'
