Hey everybody after a year of heavy saving my wife and I decided that we were ready to purchase a new home. Little did we know that we would have such a challenging time in the post COVID market. This journey took us about three months of active looking and nine written offers to finally land a house but we are extremely happy with the results. We plan on doing a few renovations to our new house and are hoping the the 2021 housing market continues to rise so we can have some more equity. These are challenging times for millennials to be buying houses but if you are looking for one the best advice that I have is to not give up. Keep looking keep house hunting and even though the housing market is insane right now you can buy a home if you stay persistent.
