Do you ever wonder what kind of home the most followed TikTok star lives in? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Charli D’Amelio’s new $14 million dollar mansion!
The $14 million dollar home is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of the Charli as well as the rest of their friends and family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect her privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.
The $14 million dollar home is set on roughly a quarter acre of land with a cute backyard space. The home was built in 2019 and has been on the market ever since with listings reaching as high as $14.5 million dollars. Charli as well as the rest of her family leased the home in November of 2020 for $55,000 per month. You may ask yourself why are they renting when the entire family brings in a large amount of money. Why would they not buy a brand new house. Well, the answer’s relatively simple, taxes. Because the D’Amelio family essentially runs a media business out of their home they can write off the entire cost of rent in their upcoming tax filings. As well they can skip out on the nearly $60,000 per year in property taxes that their landlord will be responsible for. As well when renting it allows them the opportunity to pick up and go without being attached to a costly asset that may not sell as fast as they would want to move.
The home is a 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom with 9,267 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,565 per square foot. As you make your way in through the front door you open up into the first living room space off to the left with a gas fireplace facing the backyard space. The wall is lined with pocket sliding glass doors that tuck away to create a seamless indoor outdoor experience. To the right is the staircase to the basement and second floor of the home, but you also may recognize it as the new backdrop for the Dixie D’Amelio early late night whatever show. Deeper into the home is where you will find the main living space which has an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining room as well as the main living room all in one.
In the kitchen you have dark wood cabinets with a light tan stone countertop. The kitchen has a sleek modern design to it with top of the line appliances which really helps it fit in well with the overall design of the home. Off the kitchen is another small sitting area with a gas fireplace and adjacent is the main dining room with a wall of wine bottles. I’m not sure how functional this will be for wine storage as you won’t be able to keep the bottles chilled at a specific temperature but regardless it acts as a cool art feature in the home. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small den area with sliding doors to a small backyard deck tucked behind the home.
Quickly stepping outside into the main outdoor area there is plenty of patio space for outdoor relaxation. As well there is a decent sized pool with attached hot tub for enjoying the summer days in the California weather. The backyard offers great views of the LA skyline while also keeping that sense of privacy with the lush plant life that borders the property. Taking the stairs down to the lower level of the home is where you will find a 5 car garage as well as a home theater with a full service bar. It will be nice to have the ability to tuck all of their cars away from the streets of LA and have that sense of security.
Taking the stairs up to the second floor of the home is where you will find all 4 bedrooms including the master suite. As you enter into the master you have a living room area off to the right which is the perfect place for Marc and Heidi to get some alone time away from the kids. Down the hall is the master bathroom which comes with his and hers vanities. To the side is a walk- in shower and front in center is a large soaking tub with views of the pool. Around the corner is a large walk in closet then a little farther down the hall is the main bedroom. The bedroom has a gas fireplace off to the side with the bed placed in the center of the room facing the view. There is a wall of sliding glass doors that opens to a private balcony looking out over the backyard. On the other side of the upstairs is where you will find all of the remaining bedrooms which come with their own on suites bathrooms.
