Super Bowl 55 was the matchup between the best quarterback of all time,
Tom Brady, and the best current quarterback, Patrick Mahomes but the Kansas
City Chiefs fell short in their “Run It Back” campaign, losing to the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers 31-9 in Super Bowl LV. The Kansas City Chiefs were everyone's favorite
going into the Super Bowl LV. But the Tampa Bay Buccaneers not only
defeated the Kansas City Chiefs but brutally destroyed the Chief's game plan
with a 31-9 final score. Super Bowl LV's defeat wasn't just any other game for
Mahomes since he became the Chiefs' starter in 2018. He had never lost a start
by more than one score before this game. This was a tough game for Kansas City as things
didn’t go their way all night. It’s something that will stick with them
throughout the long offseason.
But what went so wrong for the top favorite's that they didn't even have a
chance to have a respectable defeat. In this video, we are going to analyze the
Super Bowl LV game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay
Buccaneers. We will see what could be the primary reasons for Chiefs'
historical defeat. The Chiefs didn't play like defending champions at all and the
game was looking so one-sided for the Buccaneers and Tom Brady. We will also
see the key players who got the Buccaneers the unexpected victory.
