Remdesivir, a drug first designed to treat Ebola, is being tested as a treatment for coronavirus. Nearly all 125 patients in a clinical trial at the University of Chicago were released within a week, though the university warns the trial is ongoing, data is incomplete and no conclusions should be drawn.
