Hello! House prices dropped and this is good news for homebuyers! I just made an offer on a new house and it got accepted. No bidding wars and competition! The price of the new house dropped by $25,000 and I also negotiated for $5,000 credit towards closing costs! I know that the media has been talking about the housing market crashing but I do plan on living in my home for a very long time. I’m not scared of the market because I’m well positioned for a crash or correction, whatever that will happen. The Fed has been talking about tapering, possibly next month, early next year, or end of 2022, but we still don’t know for sure. It’s hard to time the market. Add Lil Wayne to the growing list of artists who have dropped exclusive content on Tidal, as the Young Money captain just released his new song “Glory” on the service. With Weezy’s current label situation in flux, the decision to release the song on Tidal is very interesting, especially since Jay Z previously said that artists don’t need a record label to be on the streaming service.
It is worth noting however, that the label listed on Tidal for “Glory” is indeed Cash Money Records, which points to the fact that Wayne is still on the label despite his issues with Birdman. Where this goes in the future remains to be seen, but “Glory” appears to be from Wayne’s upcoming FWA, which he’s been teasing for the past few months.
