As usual, it’s stacked with an eclectic assortment of excellent tunes, spanning various genres and eras, but all representing the former president’s well-documented good taste in the arts. “Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to music with my family. I wanted to share some of my favorites from the summer — including songs from some of the artists at this week’s [DNC],” the former president wrote on Twitter. “Hope you enjoy it.” The playlist includes some hits from earlier this year, including Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage” remix featuring Beyoncé, the Chicks’ “Gaslighter,” and Haim’s “The Steps,” as well as older favorites like “These Arms of Mine” by Otis Redding and “Could You Be Loved” by Bob Marley and the Wailers. Other tracks include cuts from Rihanna, Stevie Wonder, Sheryl Crow, Bob Dylan, and Billies Eilish and Holiday. (Also, Obama is apparently a Frank Ocean fan, as we all should be.) The former commander-in-chief will (virtually) take the stage at the DNC Wednesday night, following his wife and former First Lady Michelle Obama’s speech on Monday. The convention officially nominated Obama’s vice president Joe Biden for the Democratic ticket on Tuesday, locking him in to take on President Donald Trump in November’s election. COVID-19 update – President Donald Trump said China is “way ahead of US” in Coronavirus death toll at the US taskforce daily briefing.
He said: “We’re not number one, China is number one.
“China is number one by a lot. It’s not even close.
“They are way ahead of us in terms of deaths.
“You know it. I know it. They know it.
“But you don’t want to report it. Why? You’ll have to explain that.”
When being questioned about the repercussions for who started the coronavirus outbreak, Trump said: “If they (China) were knowingly responsible then yes there should be consequences…”

This Saturday, Tyson Fury will take on Deontay Wilder in one of the biggest heavyweight fights in recent history. Held at MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip, the fight is a rematch following their controversial draw back in December 2018. Ahead of his highly anticipated rematch against Wilder, Fury said: “I’m coming out like a raging bull”. If Fury claims a victory this weekend, he is expected to take on Anthony Joshua in an all-British fight later this year.
