LSU vs. Alabama was billed as a classic, and the hype was more than met by the product on the field at Bryant Denny Stadium Saturday. Ed Orgeron and the LSU Tigers took down Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide 46-41 in a win LSU has been in search of ever since 2011. Joe Burrow put a stranglehold on the Heisman race and the Tigers did the same to the #1 spot in every major poll and very likely this week’s College Football Playoff rankings due to be released Tuesday. How did the Tigers roll the Tide? Can Alabama still make the Playoff? On Late Kick Live #195 we broke the game down and gave our full reaction. Nick Saban and Company is the Platinum standard.

Erick Lemoine says:

3 national championships. Beat Florida in 97. They were #1, defending national champs, 26 straight wins. That was big game. I was there. If we win it all then it may be biggest. It's one of them though.

Ben Duncan says:

This is the best and most accurate breakdown of this game. Great job on this piece. GEAUX TIGERS

Heartwing Arts says:

Oh, and Nick Saban didn’t just leave LSU. He had a news conference and stated that the rumors were wrong and said that he was committed to LSU. Two weeks later, the a-hole left for the Miami Dolphins. THAT’S the issue. He lied and then left. The hatred is real.

Great you were wrong dude! 💜💛💜💛

Billy cannon run in 1953 and that win over ole miss is the only one i think is close or on that level. But that is ancient history.
