Do you ever wonder what kind of home you’d live in if you were the top creators on TikTok? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Charli and Dixie D’Amelio’s $5.5 million dollar mansion!

Charli and Dixie’s home is located in beautiful sunny California in Los Angeles County. For the safety and privacy of Charli and Dixie as well as the rest of their family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect their privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.

The $5.5 million dollar mansion is perched on the hillside 0.47 acres of land with a gorgeous backyard that you may recognize from Dixie’s famous Be Happy music video. Something to keep in mind is this home is not their full time residency as they are native to Connecticut which is where they spend a good amount of time and we will not be covering that home in today’s video. The D’Amelio’s leased the home in May of 2020 for roughly $29,000 per month. Seeing as how this isn’t their full time home that’s incredibly smart because they won’t have to worry about the upkeep of the home, that responsibility will fall on the landlord. They may have signed a short term lease because the home is actively listed for sale at $5,495,000. So if you have $5.5 million dollars lying around you could most likely scoop up a piece of TikTok history as your new home.

The home is a 4 bedroom and 6 bathroom with 5,500 square feet of living space breaking down to about $999 per square foot. The home was built in 2019 with an original listing price of $5,995,000 and over the last year has seen a half a million dollar price cut and if not sold in the coming year would most likely see an even bigger one. Lucky for the D’Amelio’s because they are renting this beautiful home they won’t have to worry about the nearly $43,000 per year of property taxes and the $23,000 per year of home insurance costs. But seeing as how both sisters have been doing some pretty massive brand deals lately I don’t think if they had to endure those costs it would be much of an issue.

Diving in through the front doors you are met with a beautiful rock garden and glass staircase. This home is all centered around the main outdoor space. As you make your way from the front door you enter directly into the living room and kitchen area. The home has an open floor plan with pocket sliding glass doors that creates a seamless indoor outdoor experience. This home would be perfect for entertaining as you could open up all the doors and have plenty of space for people to move around as they please.

The outdoor space comes with a beautiful inground pool with a hot tub and a waterfall feature. There is a gas fireplace off to the side of the yard with an outdoor kitchen which is the perfect place to cook up some dinner and enjoy a summer night. Because the home is situated on the side of a hill the backyard offers a perfect sense of privacy which I think the D’Amelio family greatly needs.

Stepping back inside the kitchen is outfitted with beautiful marble countertops with sleek gray cabinets. Off to the side of the kitchen is a 48 bottle wine cooler that will most likely not get much use. Staying on the first floor of the home there is an office towards the front of the home that Marc D’Amelio can utilize to run his successful apparel company Level Four.

Moving on upstairs is where you will find the master bedroom which is outfitted with a gas fireplace perfect for setting the mood on a cozy night. The master comes with dual balconies one facing the front side of the home with plenty of sitting room to watch the sunset. The opposing balcony leads out to a view over the backyard space and wraps around the backside of the home connecting to the bedroom next door. Stepping back into the master and straight into the master bathroom you are greeted with marble as far as the eye can see. The bathroom comes with his and her sinks and a large walk in shower that has enough room for a small party. The bathroom also comes with a free standing soaking tub that you may also recognize from Dixie’s Be Happy music video. Taking a step into the master closet you have plenty of room for all the clothes and shoes you could ever want. The other bedroom on the second floor also comes with dual balconies one facing the front of the home and the other facing the backyard space. And the on suite bathroom is furnished with a large walk in shower with a bench seat and a beautiful floating vanity. But that pretty much wraps up our tour of Charli and Dixie D’Amelio’s $5.5 million dollar mansion in Los Angeles, California.
