China's Minister of Science and Technology says the country will share its COVID-19 vaccine with the rest of the world when it's ready and has passed clinical trials. Wang Zhigang said international cooperation should be strengthened in vaccine development, clinical trials and application. He also said vaccine development should focus on ensuring safety, effectiveness, and accessibility.
